Last weekend a group of students and their families came out for our Oak Woodland Adventure in Mount Tamalpais State Park. We found beetles, lizards, rattlesnake shed, butterflies, birds, plenty of fungus, all sorts of plants, and a deer carcass, which proved to be the highlight of the hike. It took 20 minutes and some engineering practice but we were able to separate one of the antlers from the skull. The smell was amazing, I suggest you all find a decomposing animal and give it a good whiff 😉.
See you on the next Wolfs Lab adventure!
